  1. 1 scoop Micellar Casein protein powder
  2. Some ice cubes
  3. 1 small banana
  4. 1 teaspoon honey
  5. 1tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
  6. 1tbsp flax oil
  7. Milk, Soy/Almond Milk, or Water (adjust to desired thickness)


Sprinkle cocoa powder on the banana and blend lightly. Now add the casein powder and flax oil and honey and blend again. Now add milk, ice cubes and blend till a thick smoothie is obtained.

  1. 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  2. 1 cup crushed strawberries
  3. 1 small banana
  4. 1 teaspoon honey
  5. 1 scoop Micellar Casein Powder
  6. 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, crushed coarsely
  7. Ice Cubes
  8. 1 cup thick yoghurt


Mix strawberries, banana and honey and fold the yoghurt in. Add ice cubes and blend together. Add milk and blend again. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and start sipping your way enjoying the crunchy items.

3. Pinada Coco Slush smoothie


  1. 1 cup pureed pineapple
  2. 100 ml raw coconut water
  3. 1 Avocado
  4. 1 scoop Casein Protein
  5. 50 grams cottage cheese
  6. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  7. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  8. Few ice cubes


Combine all except pineapple and blend till smooth. Add the pineapple and the ice cubes and blend till smooth. You can also add up to 50 ml of soy milk as a variation.

4. Multi fruit Protein Smoothie


  1. 1 scoop casein protein powder
  2. 1 cup frozen mango
  3. 1 cup pineapple pulp
  4. 1 banana
  5. 2 cups soy milk
  6. 1 cup plain yoghurt
  7. Ice cubes
  8. 1 tablespoon honey


Combine all fruits and blend together. Slowly add yoghurt and soy milk and honey and blend again. Finally add the ice cubes and blend at high speed till a thick liquid is obtained.

5. Meal Replacing Casein Smoothie for Optimal Muscle Building

Peppermint Surprise


  1. 1 sliced banana, medium
  2. 1 cup plain soy milk
  3. ¼ cup mint leaves
  4. ¼ cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  5. ¼ cup almonds soaked overnight and skinned
  6. 100 grams cottage cheese
  7. 1 scoop whey protein powder
  8. 1 scoop casein powder
  9. 1 tablespoon honey
  10. Ice cubes


Cut banana into slices and blend with cashews & almonds and honey. Now add both protein powders and cottage cheese and blend again. Finally add mint leaves and ice cubes and blend at high speed. You can filter the smoothie for fine mint leaves but believe us; it just tastes differently but definitely palatable.

Micellar casein is the slowest digesting among all varieties and hence it is preferred for bedtime. However, when you also add whey protein, the instant nutrition part is served beautifully and then the micellar casein jumps for sustained protein release.
